Welcome to the Tree of Life Quest

Why Bible Based?

Whether you are a Christian or not, Bible has a lot of great advice on life.
It is not just a religious book, it’s a life manual that can show you how to fix what’s broken and improve what barely functions.

We use manuals to learn how to use and maintain our appliances to prolong their life and get the most of their functions. And when it comes to our lives, Bible is the manual explaining how to create a life worth living and loving.

Bible has advice on relationships, dealing with anxiety, finances, suffering and mental illness. It helps you deal with challenges and find your purpose. Whatever you are dealing with in your life, chances are that in the Bible you can find an answer.

Like in any manual. there are parts that apply to every person and parts relevant only to the specific models of humans. And whatever model of human you are, the Bible has an insight, advice or recommendation on what to do.

The Tree of Your Life

Bible paints a clear picture of a prosperous, successful life.

Blessed man is like a tree planted by the streams of water, safe even in the times of drought, with lush green leaves and a plenty of fruit during it’s season. Such a man is firmly rooted and stands strong even in the worst storms.

On the other hand, those who are failing are likened to a shrub, a chaff blown away by wind.

When you look at your life, does it resemble the the dying tree in a parched field or the thriving tree in the land of lush greens? And more importantly, what do you want your life to look like?

1. Blessed is the man
who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked,
or set foot on the path of sinners,
or sit in the seat of mockers.

2. But his delight is in the Law of the Lord,
and on His law he meditates day and night.

3He is like a tree planted by streams of water,
yielding its fruit in season,
whose leaf does not wither,
and who prospers in all he does.

Psalm 1

Reviving the Dying Tree

The parable of a fruitless fig tree shows that for its revival we have to focus on the soil.

The soil from which our lives grow is our mindset—the way we see ourselves, the world and our role in it.
